1. Clean your hands with soap and dry them with a clean hand towel2. Remember that you ALWAYS have to work from left to right to avoid confusion.
3. Look upwards and pull down your lower eyelid.
4. Use your index finger to touch the lower edge of the lens.
5. Slide the lens down to the lower part of the eye
6. Squeeze the lens gently between your thumb and index finger and remove it.
7. Remove the right lens using the same procedure.
* for me, its easy to put it out than to wear it..
